Pintomar is a Portugal-based company founded on a story of cross-cultural connection — the result of a partnership between a Portuguese entrepreneur and civil constructor from Azores and his interior designer Persian wife. We are rooted in the spirit of bringing together both the Middle East and Eastern European Iberian culture, which are the base lines of our company.
The company began its journey in the maritime economy in the Azores, supporting operations, logistics, and coastal development. Driven by a mindset of adaptability and growth, Pintomar gradually expanded beyond its maritime origins. Applying the same problem-solving approach and operational expertise, the company moved into broader infrastructure sectors — including transportation, utilities, healthcare, education, energy systems, and urban development.
